雞有雞味,蝦子麵淥出黎當然有蝦子既鮮味啦,除左蝦子既鮮味之外,我地亦都加左大量提昇鮮味既配料去煲呢個濃湯,做麵既時侯我地就將呢個煲左一日既濃湯倒入麵粉做麵。所以食蝦子麵就會食到濃香、鮮味同彈牙既口感。
鮑魚蝦子麵就冇加濃湯,反而就有陣清香既鮑魚味,所以淥完出黎係冇蝦子麵既鹹香,換黎係鮑魚
